Melting Pot

Teign Valley Glass Studio once again opened its doors to host this exclusive annual event, providing a nurturing environment for artists to thrive, exchange ideas, and hone their skills.

In its second year, ‘Burnt Saucepan,’ was an evolution of the renowned ‘Melting Pot’ event. Presented through a collaboration between Teign Valley Glass Studio (TVGS) and the Contemporary Glass Society (CGS), this charitable organisation supports and educates countless glass artists, suppliers and retailers.

This 3 day event in June 2023 was an opportunity for glass artists and students from around the UK to come together and showcase their skills, plus build new connections. At this event I was fortunate to create one of my Echinus series but also create a new collaborative works with Bethany wood, we combined our 2 signatures styles. Watch this space ……
