British Glass Bienalle 2024

The British Glass Bienalle 2024 opened on the 22nd August and runs until 28th September 2024. It launched as part of the final International Festival of Glass to be run by the Ruskin Mill. The 2026 IFOG will be taken over by The Glass Art Society.

I was honoured to have 2 works accepted into the exhibition. One neon and one blown glass.

"I Have a Secret" is an immersive installation that invites viewers to confront the hidden secrets within themselves. The neon lights on the mirrored surface reflect the internal and external complexity of our secrets. Both neons vying for your attention. The lock boxes serve as vessels for participants to anonymously share their deepest truths, creating a collective response. One box hints of passionate and intense secrets where as the other has more of an introspective atmosphere. Which one draws you in and makes you want to reveal your thoughts?
